4 Color Process

Film Seperation Charge:	$62.50 per seperation
Screen Set-up Charge:	$37.50 per seperation
Reorder Set-up Charge:	$15.75 per seperation
Running Charge:	$.30 per shirt, per seperation added to 1-color price
Preproduction Proof Charge (required):	Cost of garment + $15 per screen
All art charges will be quoted
Changes to the order will be chargeable and will delay order.
We are capable of printing up to 14 colors and have 4 flash cure units!

Printing Process:	Silk Screened
Benefits:	Great for runs over 250 pc. Feathering, Textured looks and blends
Art requirements:	Printed color image - MANDATORY Minimum 300 dpi, JPEG at 100% size Vector Art: AI, EPS, PDF (outline fonts)
Required:	Preproduction Proof Dark Garments require a flash

Special Consideration for Hi-Tek and 4 Color Process: When using process color, varying 1 color will affect the other colors in the image. Depending on the exact reproduction requirements, exact PMS color matching may not be achievable.
