About
Embroidery
Direct
embroidery is available on most caps and shirts. As the price depends
on the number of stitches and logos vary in size and complexity,
all catalog prices are based on designs up to 5,000 stitches. To
determine the stitch count, just fax or e-mail your art, specifying
the exact size, and we'll give you a quote right away. Keep in mind
that tiny lettering and fine detail does not necessarily lend itself
to the embroidery process, but we would be happy to offer suggestions
if modifications are needed.
General
Art Specs
1)
We accept Macintosh and PC files provided they are in one of the
following formats: Adobe Illustrator 9 and standard file formats
such as EPS. If using CorelDraw, export the file as Illustrator
(.ai). Computer files provided should be a minimum of 300 dpi at
100% size for optimum quality print,

Save files in native, editable format including layers if possible.
Convert type to paths. Include placed images but do not embed them.
3)
Send clean and sized art (see imprint area on product page for sizing).
Small text must be 3/16" high on flats and 1/4" on caps.
Artwork is subject to approval. Some modification may be necessary.
3) Label all disks and only include required files.
Include company information and PO# with correspondence. Files can
be sent on CD (preferred), 100, 250 MB Zip disks.
