ART REQUIREMENTS
ARTWORK
There is no additional art charge if clean, clear or camera ready art is provided. Vector art is preferred. Straight line copy is available in standard typestyles at no charge. If curved arc or standard border is desired, add $7.50. No additional art art will be charged for up to 150% enlargement or 50% reduction of copy size. For dot patterns (half-tones), provide 45 line dots for hats, and 55 line dots for shirts. (Hats will require 1 additional imprint color for trapping dot pattern). For four color process on tees and totes, all art modifications and seperations are done in-house to maintain control over film imaging and eliminate third party inconsistencies. If not specified on order to use exact size supplied, Express Line will modify size to best suit imprint area. Art charges over $35.00 will be quoted before production. Art charges under $35.00 will be involved if necessary without prior approval or delay in production.
PROGRAMS
Macintosh programs include Adobe Illustrator 10, Photoshop 6, Acrobat 4, and QuarkXpress 4. Save files in native, editable format (EPS, AI, PDF). Image files are required to be at 100% size, resolution should be at a minimum size of 300dpi for optimum quality print.
HOW TO SEND ART
Image files can be supplied as a JPEG, EPS, TIFF, or PSD (layered files are suggested due to any alterations for print). All fonts need to be sent with original file or converted to outlines. Computer files can be provided on a 100MB zip disk, CD, or can be emailed to art@ge411.com. Include PO# and company name on subject line. Please fax a copy of artwork with your order. If fax verification is not sent, we will not be responsible if uploaded art is not received correctly.
GENERAL INFORMATION
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be approved by Express Line, and must be confirmed in writing. All costs incurred prior to the time of cancellation will be charged, including a 20% restocking charge on shirts and special orders.
CAP COLORS
For all two-tone caps, the crown color is listed first, followed by the color of the bill.
CHANGE OF COLOR
$18.75 per color
COMBINED PRODUCT FOR QUANTITY PRICING
All caps may be combined for quantity pricing if the exact size of imprint, design, and type of imprinting is used. Similarly, all shirts may be combined under the same conditions. However, different types of items may not be combined. Each item will be treated as a separate order.
COPYRIGHTS & TRADEMARKS
Submission of an order to Express Line conveys that all necessary copyright & trademark laws have been satisfied and that Express Line will not be held responsible in any way for possible violations. For slides & transparencies, send a signed waiver from the owner.

CUSTOMER'S OWN GOODS
Silkscreening, Suede Puff® and embroidery are available on customer's supplied garments. Custom or special items to be printed must be approved prior to submitting an order, and will receive a special price quote. No COD shipments will be accepted. All incoming goods must specify your company name & PO# on the box. Express Line maintains quality standards, however, we do not assume responsibility for occasional misprints within industry allowances and are not responsible for customer's goods. Call for contract price list.

No add'l chg for first location, $5 ea add'l location.
EMBROIDERY
To determine the stitch count, fax your art, specifying the exact size, and we'll fax back a quote. Minimum height of lettering is 3/16”. Imprint on caps is centered based on the position of the cap bill. Express Line will provide a copy of embroidery tape for $25each upon request. Tape Charge for new orders: $75.00 for designs up to 5,000 stitches plus $15.00 ea add'l 1,000 stitches. Straight line stock lettering/minor edit tape charge: $30.

LESS THAN MINIMUM CHARGES

The factory reserves the right to over or under ship by 5%. Exact quantities are normally shipped.

PRICING
Prices are subject to change without notice.
PRODUCTION TIME
Normal time is 10 working days from receipt of order at the factory. For orders requiring proof approval or customized caps, add 5 working days.
RANDOM SAMPLES
Caps, Coolers, Mouse Pads, and coasters: 20% off end column. All other random imprinted or blank samples will be charged at end column pricing. Samples are not returnable.
RETURNS
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Express Line. Returns must be requested within 10 days of receipt of the order. Blank goods, shirts, or special ordered goods cancelled before production will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
RUSH ORDERS
Receipt of an order less than 5 working days prior to shipping will be considered a rush order. Call to secure a shipping date and additional charges.
SECOND SIDE IMPRINT ON CAPS AND TOTES
Suede Puff® or silkscreened: 48-95 $1.17, 96&up $.75, for one color, $.37 each add'l color plus setup charges. Embroidered 5,000 stitches or less: 48-95 $3.17, 96&up $2.58 plus $.33 each add'l 1,000 st. plus tape charge.
SET-UP CHARGES FOR SILKSCREENING & SUEDE PUFF®
$37.50 per color. Screen set-ups, art, and previous order details will be held for 2 years and then destroyed. Finely detailed art may not be suitable for one color Suede Puff® and may require a second fill color and screen charge.

SHIPPING & PACKAGING
All shipments are F.O.B. factory. Express Line is not responsible for carrier delays. Caps are boxed 24 or 25 per inner box, 144 or 150 per outer box with an approx weight of 35 lbs per gross. Shirts are flat folded by dozens. 1/4" mouse pads are packed 150 per case & 1/8" mouse pads have 300 per case, both weighing about 52 lbs. Freight for oversized cartons is billed by carton size (dimensional weight), not by actual weight of the packed carton. Most normal shipments are UPS ground. Frt for proofs, samples, and overruns is $4 minimum, or actual freight incurred. $15 additional fee for postal shipments.

CAPS: Suede Puff®: $15.00 for one color imprint plus $5.00 ea. add‘l color. Embroidered: $15.00 plus tape charge. Duplicate cap spec samples in the same shipment: $8.00 ea.
PACIFIC COOLERS: $10.00 for one color imprint plus $5.00
ea add'l color.
SHIRTS & TOTES: Silkscreened: $15.00 setup per color plus the minimum quantity pricing per garment. Hi-Tek Color: $15.00 plus the min. quantity pricing per garment & setup charge. Embroidered: $15.00 plus the min. quantity pricing per garment & tape charge.
MOUSE PADS, WRISTRESTS,COASTERS, PUTTY & CATS PAWS: $15.00 plus setup charge. MPCALC: $20 plus set-up chg. Any art incurred in producing a spec sample will be charged. Freight for proofs & samples is $4
minimum, or actual freight incurred.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
No additional charge. Catalog minimums apply.
STANDARD IMPRINT COLORS
Due to the characteristics of the different printing processes, all PMS numbers are approximate. Shades may vary on various substrates and from proof-to-run and job-to-job. All custom colors other than the standard colors below will incur a $25.00 charge on the first order. (No charge for PMS colors on silkscreened shirts.)
