A Unique Printing Process for Caps
Suede Puff® is a special process developed by Express Line. Similar to embossing, this unique method gives clarity and dimension to the front of virtually any cap. There is no limitation to the number of colors we can print! Suede Puff® also has a consistent, velvety or "suede" feel. Until its development, virtually the only processes available for six panel caps were direct embroidery and the use of a patch, both of which are more costly. With Suede Puff®, the customer gets exceptional imprint quality at prices greatly reduced over direct embroidery!
